## Who we are

ReportPad is run by Nye Systems LLC. This page covers this website and its forms. When "we" appears here, it means Nye Systems LLC.

## What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site, we store what that form asks for: your name, your work email, your company, and the message you write. The early-access form asks only for your email and an optional message.

- The page you signed up from, so we know which form you used.
- A salted, hashed version of your IP address — never the raw IP itself.

## Keeping out bots

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is submitting them. To do that, Cloudflare looks at technical details of your visit, such as your IP address and browser, under its own privacy policy.

## Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which runs with no cookies and does not track you across other sites.

## Who handles your data

Cloudflare hosts this site and stores the forms you send us. When you submit a form, a copy is emailed to our own inbox so a person can reply. No one else receives it.

## How long we keep it

- The hashed IP addresses we use to limit repeated submissions are deleted after 24 hours.
- A form submission is deleted automatically 12 months after you last sent it. If you become a pilot or a customer, we keep what we need to work with you in our customer records instead.
- You can ask us to delete your information at any time: email hello@reportpad.app and we will delete it and confirm.

## Email

No confirmation email is sent when you sign up. If you asked for a pilot conversation or early access, you will hear back from a person.

## We do not sell your data

We do not sell or share what you give us with anyone else. It is used only to reach you back about your request.

## Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or tell us to stop contacting you. Email hello@reportpad.app and we will answer within 30 days.

## Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

## Changes

If this page changes, we post the new version here with a new date. Last updated September 30, 2026.
