ReportPad is run by Nye Systems LLC. These terms cover this website. When "we" appears here, it means Nye Systems LLC.

## Using this site

This site describes ReportPad and lets you request a pilot conversation or early access. Use it the way it is meant to be used, and do not try to break it.

## Pilots and paid plans

Requesting a pilot does not commit you to anything. A pilot or a paid plan is covered by the terms we agree with you when it starts.

## No warranty

The site and its content are provided as is, with no warranty of any kind.

## Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Nye Systems LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss that comes from using this site.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute about them is heard in the state or federal courts located in the State of Utah.

## If part of these terms fails

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.

## Changes

We may update this site and these terms as the product changes. The current version always lives at this page. Last updated September 30, 2026.
