Who we are

ReportPad is run by Nye Systems LLC. This page covers this website and its forms. When "we" appears here, it means Nye Systems LLC.

What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site, we store what that form asks for: your name, your work email, your company, and the message you write. The early-access form asks only for your email and an optional message.

  • The page you signed up from, so we know which form you used.
  • A salted, hashed version of your IP address — never the raw IP itself.

Keeping out bots

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is submitting them. To do that, Cloudflare looks at technical details of your visit, such as your IP address and browser, under its own privacy policy.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which runs with no cookies and does not track you across other sites.

Who handles your data

Cloudflare hosts this site and stores the forms you send us. When you submit a form, a copy is emailed to our own inbox so a person can reply. No one else receives it.

How long we keep it

  • The hashed IP addresses we use to limit repeated submissions are deleted after 24 hours.
  • A form submission is deleted automatically 12 months after you last sent it. If you become a pilot or a customer, we keep what we need to work with you in our customer records instead.
  • You can ask us to delete your information at any time: email hello@reportpad.app and we will delete it and confirm.

Email

No confirmation email is sent when you sign up. If you asked for a pilot conversation or early access, you will hear back from a person.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell or share what you give us with anyone else. It is used only to reach you back about your request.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or tell us to stop contacting you. Email hello@reportpad.app and we will answer within 30 days.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this page changes, we post the new version here with a new date. Last updated September 30, 2026.
